Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout the Republic of Ireland. Shipping is calculated based on your location, with An Post currently used for all Republic of Ireland orders.
How much is delivery?
Delivery anywhere within the Republic of Ireland is currently €9.95 using An Post and orders over €55 are free! Shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually shipped the next working day. Once dispatched, delivery with An Post generally takes approximately 2 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary occasionally due to circumstances outside our control.
What brands do you sell?
We currently offer selected products and gift sets from Alfaparf Milano, L'Oreal Paris & Revlon Professional. Professional haircare brands whose products are designed and produced in Italy, Paris, Spain & USA. We are currently expanding our online range and hope to add more of our salon products as our online store grows.
Can I return or get a refund for my purchase?
All purchases are final and non-refundable. However, your statutory rights and 14-day cooling off period are not affected. If you have an issue with your order or believe your statutory rights may apply, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
